In this session, Dr. Goren-Bar, PCC will guide through the transformative process of shadow work, exploring how embracing and integrating our lesser-known traits can lead to profound personal growth and self-awareness. This webinar will explore the dynamics between our conscious desires for light and positivity and the unexplored, often avoided aspects of our psyche. Participants will learn techniques to recognize, accept, and incorporate these hidden facets for a more authentic and balanced life.

Dr. Goren-Bar will also highlight the theoretical relationship between the shadow archetype and the concept of the "Onion" as it is expressed in the spiral dialogue, providing a deeper understanding of our inner complexities.
