Observe Jean-Francois, coaching live someone speaking a language he doesn't understand, leveraging some of Albert Einstein's insights about energy, and discover how this enables coaches and coachees to do brilliant work and trigger 'quantum leaps' in coachees' transformation.

After the coaching demo, Jean-Francois will offer concrete tips you can apply right away, about:

โ€ข making sense of clients' energy shifts,

โ€ข enabling your clients to formulate a 'problem' in a way that allows a resolution to emerge quickly,

โ€ข unleashing your clients' imagination and intuition in a most productive way,

In this 60-minute introductory session on narrative coaching, coaches will gain a solid understanding of the fundamental concepts and get hands-on experience with practical tools they can apply immediately in their practice.

Narrative coaching is a powerful approach that helps clients explore, understand, and reshape the stories they tell about themselves and their experiences. This allows them to rewrite their narratives in more empowering ways, leading them to achieve greater personal growth and transformation.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
1) Understand the key principles of narrative coaching.
2) Develop awareness of how personal narratives impact clients’ lives.
3) Learn a practical tool for eliciting client stories and identifying themes.
4) Have an opportunity to practice a narrative technique to reframe and reshape clients’ stories for better outcomes.

    Jean-François Cousin, MCC, became a global executive coach and speaker in 2006, in the wake of a career in management around the world with a Fortune-500 company. He is passionate about enabling leaders, teams and organizations to unleash more of their greatness, and wrote a fable about such endeavor: “Game Changers at the Circus”. Based in Bangkok, he is an avid traveler and has engaged clients and audiences in 35 countries over 6 continents.
    By July 2023, he had clocked in 15,000 coaching-hours, served over 1,500 executives and dozens of executive teams.
    Accredited as a ‘Master Certified Coach’ by the International Coach Federation in 2012, Jean-François coaches CEOs, Region and Country Presidents and Board Members.
    He is dedicated to the growth of the coaching profession and has advocated coaching to numerous corporate audiences on 5 continents. He co-authored two books promoting coaching and wrote Game Changers at the Circus about unleashing greatness in organizations with a coaching culture. Jean-François served as the Chairman of the Global Board of the International Coach Federation in 2019.
