In this session, you will gain clarity on the value of the Advanced Certificate in Team Coaching (ACTC), the application process, and get information on preparing for the Team Coaching Certification Exam.


You will also hear personal experiences from coaches who have recently attained their ACTC and an educator's perspective. There will be opportunities for you to ask questions on the topic.

This session is approved for 1.5 CCE units in Resource Development.


The Team Coaching CP is a platform to learn and share everything related to team coaching. Topics include approaches, concepts, practices and competencies, as well as certification matters.

    Kate Jayes is the Credentialing Coordinator with ICF Credentials and Standards team. Kate joined ICF as a credentialing coordinator in late 2021. She reviews ACC, PCC, and ACTC applications and is excited to share more information about the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC).

    ICF Credentials and Standards is the body that oversees and manages the credentialing of individual coach practitioners. ICF Credentials and Standards exists to elevate professional standards in coaching in the global ecosystem.
