The focus for the Nov Team Coaching CP session and the next few sessions will be on the ICF Team Coaching Competencies.

We will kick off with understanding the 6 team coaching modalities - what is the difference between team coaching and team consulting, team training, team mentoring, team building and team facilitation and WHY it matters.

We will have a guest presenter for the session. She is Ms Ruby Palma, PCC, a very experienced Shared Leadership Team Coach and a Partner in Leadership In Motion Philippines. She was formerly also President of ICF Philippines.
