a. How the Five Behaviors report can be blended with team coaching to help with team development

b. Experience application of the model in activities during the session

c. Explore the Five Behaviors sample report as a case study to get hands on experience using the model

The presenter, Oliver Love is an Authorized Partner with the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, with 21 years of leadership and coaching experience in Asia. Oliver has been delivering certification programs and client interventions using the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive team and DISC for the last 10 years. He is also the Asia representative for the Ontological Coaching Institute, assisting people to build on their coaching capabilities.
