This session is approved for 0.5 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units in Core Competencies and 1 CCE unit in Resource Development.
This interactive and practical session is aimed at coaches who would like to get involved in coaching with art and are ready to further develop their reflection skills compared to analysis.
In the session our speaker, Christine Kranz ,MCC will guide you into your world of images and your pictorial knowledge. Your inner images, associations and reactions give you enlightening information about your very own world of the unconscious. We will take an honest inventory of our reflective skills to understand whether we are under- or over-reflective and how we can find an optimal middle ground.
We explore the importance of reflection in the context of the ICF core competencies and how we as coaches can achieve authentic and profound reflection in our work. A focus is on deepening coaching processes.

- How the ICF core competencies and the Symbolon-Reflection-Model enables transformation.
- Experience a coaching process with a masterpiece and reflect on your personal pattern.
