Join Jeffrey Hull, PhD, BCC Executive Director at the Institute of Coaching (a Harvard Medical School affiliate), best-selling author and board certified executive coach, as he provides an overview of current research in 1. Trends in the coaching profession; 2. Current focus areas for research; 3. New trends in leadership coaching including regenerative leadership 4. How to "future-proof" your coaching business in the age of AI.
Based on his decade as a leader with the IOC, faculty at Harvard and NYU, and over twenty years of experience as an executive coach, along with recent research conducted by the Harvard-based IOC, Dr. Hull will share the latest trends coaches need to be aware of – and leverage -- to insure their success now and in the future.
