Welcome to Day 4 of ICW 2024. ICF Singapore invites you to join an exciting lineup of in-person and online events taking place from May 13 to May 17.

Please register for this session below. This session is approved for 0.75 CCE Units in Core Competencies and 0.75 CCE Units in Resource Development.

Join Beatrice "Bebe" Hansen for an enlightening session and coaching demonstration using the principles of Presence-Based® Coaching to support you as a coach to make developmental moves with your clients. We will explore coaching tools around the Core Competencies of Coaching Presence, Trust and Safety, Listening Actively, and Evoking Awareness which support increased insight, nimbleness, and capacity to work in complexity for both you and the clients you serve.

This session will include a preliminary teaching on this unique methodology which includes mindfulness, embodiment, neuroscience, developmental psychology and presence. We will explore working at the intersection of the body and Being. As coaches, we are familiar with the "Doing" of coaching tools and models that support our clients to move towards the results they want. How does our Being support presence? How does our Being impact our effectiveness as coaches? And how does the body impact coaching and our client's outcomes?

Speakers

Beatrice 'Bebe' W Hansen
Bebe integrates her extensive family business experience with her psychotherapy background to support leaders, groups and organizations in building leadership skills and capacities. She is a leadership coach, consultant and trainer, and has worked with leaders in the private, non-profit and government sectors.

Bebe is the Principal of Presence-Based® Coaching and has taught and developed the curriculum for many years with Doug Silsbee, PCC, the program’s founder. Bebe continues to teach this cutting edge, ICF approved coach-training program with an outstanding team of Presence-Based practitioners and facilitators that she has personally trained. She delivers PBC, Presence-Based® Leadership and Presence-Based® Resilience trainings online and in person in Asheville, NC, around the US and internationally.

Bebe has an ongoing commitment to yoga and meditation practices and has been a practitioner of the Diamond Approach spiritual path since 2001. She enjoys road trips with her husband, traveling with her two grown daughters and son in law, and is a first-time grandmother. She can occasionally be found walking in the mountains of North Carolina and creating delicious desserts for family and friends.
