Andrea is a former marketing leader turned leadership coach, who supports leaders and leadership
teams to create value and achieve success, whilst operating in dynamic, technology-driven
environments. She leverages emotional intelligence in her coaching to support clients develop authentic, purposeful and influential leadership – enabling them to harness their thinking and feeling skills for enhanced effectiveness.

Having lived and worked in multiple countries across Asia and Europe, Andrea appreciates how
emotional intelligence forms the foundation for greater self-awareness, self-management and self-
leadership. Armed with stronger EQ, leaders are better equipped to lead themselves and others, across cultures and in the face of constant change and growing complexity. Her clients include leading technology organizations and multi-national companies. She is also a frequent guest speaker on executive education programs with institutions such as NUS, SMU and the IIMs.

A PCC from the ICF, she is a Preferred Partner of Six Seconds, global leaders in EQ research and
assessments, and is certified in a range of psychometric assessments. She holds an MA from Cranfield
School of Management, a BA from the University of Bath and a Diploma in Japanese from SOAS,
University of London.
She is married with two teenage sons and currently lives in Delhi.
