Event Summary

ICF Singapore, ICF Philippines, and ICF Malaysia are excited to unite for the first-ever International Coaching Week 2024.

For the first time, we're hosting a special collaborative event featuring esteemed Speaker Liane Davey, Ph.D. Embracing the ICW theme of innovate, elevate, and celebrate, we're committed to facilitating meaningful learning, experiential growth, and vibrant connections among coaches from diverse backgrounds. Join us as we come together to ignite inspiration and collaboration across borders.

Please register for this session below. The CCE Units for this session will be shared shortly.

How many of your clients think of conflict as a dirty word, something to be avoided at all costs? Do you get them over one hump only to find that they are immobilized the next time things get uncomfortable? What about the other end of the spectrum, the clients who were mandated to attend coaching because their brand of conflict leaves collateral damage? The ability and willingness to work through conflict constructively is something everyone needs. In this session, Liane will share the tools and processes to help your clients build a healthy conflict habit.

Key Takeaways

** help their clients identify the costs of avoiding difficult issues;

** reframe people's perceptions about conflict so that their natural conflict defaults don't turn into conflict avoidance, passive-aggressiveness; or nastiness;

** teach a three-step process for working through any conflict constructively; and

** systematize conflict to neutralize and normalize even the most difficult issues.
