Barbara Noonan, ACC, is a Partnerships Ambassador at ICF Singapore Chapter. She is an ICF Transformation Coach and Executive Consultant. As Partnerships Ambassador, she leads and delivers pro bono coaching programs for not-for-profit organisations and

enhances the Coaches 4 Community program offering.

Dr Josephine Teo, PCC, is the Director of Partnerships at ICF Singapore Chapter. In her role, she oversees community and organisational programs
