Co-Create, Accelerate, Grow: Integrating Codevelopment Action Learning for Coaches and HR Professionals

Join us as we introduce the Codevelopment Action Learning (CAL) approach and its application to coaching and HR practices.

Whether you are a coach looking to enhance your toolkit or an HR professional seeking innovative ways to foster leadership development, this session will offer valuable insights.

The learning outcomes are:

  1. Learn CAL principles and how it works
  2. Apply CAL in your coaching practice
  3. Expand your coaching services with CAL

Key takeaways include:

  • Develop essential skills such as establishing clear agreements, fostering a reflective mindset, and transforming insights into actionable outcomes.
  • Learn how CAL can enhance collaboration, learning from each other and leadership development.
  • Align CAL practices with ICF competencies and organizational goals.

There will be a demonstration with a client organization of how CAL is applied, followed by a Q&A session.
