The Coaching Skills Enhancement (CSE) Community of Practice (CP) sessions are based on a process taught to our community by Tony Latimer, MCC BCC, one of our past presidents and a founding member of ICF Singapore chapter.

It is NOT aimed at teaching you coaching techniques.

It is NOT a discussion group.

It IS a carefully-designed process that rapidly deepens your skills in specific areas;

Level up your coaching skills with this Community of Practice session.

How it works:

You are asked to prepare a situation that you wish to get some help with. This can be from your life, business, coaching practice, or anything.
Your facilitator selects one of you to be the person in focus, then takes the group through the process of helping you get fresh thinking and insights about your situation.
Even if you are not selected, your subconscious will work the process on your case, while you are participating in helping someone else.
An amazing double dose of learning and breakthrough.

Designed by a coach with over 30 years of experience in C-suite executive coaching, an ICF assessor; and Level 3 coach educator, you will find this one of the highest impact self-development activities you can find.

This session is approved for 1.5 CCE units in Core Competency.
