Event Details

Coaching Supervision provides opportunities for reflecting, practicing, experimenting and learning. Reflective practice is a key component in our learning and development as coaches; it is now articulated in the ICF Core Competency 2 and recognized as contributing to a coaching mindset. Reflecting on our work with trusted colleagues is generative, resourcing, normalizing, and satisfying. It provides opportunities for cultivating and deepening one's ability to observe self, reflect back on our practice, inquire with others, learn, craft future experiments, and catch up with our own development. Participating in a supervision group creates a natural setting to practice many of the core competencies.

Come to this session and hear stories about reflecting, practicing, experimenting and implementing learning. This will be a lively, fun, informative session shared with animation and passion.
