In this session, we will be having Seto Lok Yin to share with ICF members his experience on creating a coaching culture in his organisation.

Seto's 42-year public service career spans several domains: military, economic development & diplomacy, media & culture, and technology education. He was in senior leadership positions for more than 20 years, and most recently as Deputy Principal of Republic Polytechnic (RP) until his retirement in 2018. He is retained as a senior adviser & leadership coach at RP. Seto obtained his ICF PCC recently and desires to learn and grow to be a better coach.
