Event Details

The practice of Health and Wellbeing is unregulated, resulting in a large variation of corporate programmes and approaches to this construct. "What really works" and "What doesn't" are questions that need to be answered. This session is particularly useful for coaches who are looking to tackle Health and Wellbeing from a systemic and corporate point of view.

The NUS Health and Wellbeing unit was set up in 2020 to answer these questions at the height of the pandemic. Led by Dr. Andrew Epaphroditus Tay, the Health and Wellbeing team went on to curate a series of programmes and assessed the usefulness of campaigns in the workplace. In this session, Andrew will share on the systematic approaches on corporate Health and Wellbeing and the NUS' experience in addressing stigma in the workplace.

Joining Andrew in the presentation is Ms. Katherine Koh, Consultant Organisational Psychologist, who will share some of the signature corporate Health and Wellbeing Programmes that we have curated that you can consider using in your coaching career.

Key Takeaways:

1. What is Health and Wellbeing

2. Sharing NUS' experience in tackling stigma in the workplace
