Her career began in the Finance Industry 20 years ago where she held leadership positions focused on change management, merger, integration and technology in London, Paris, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Fascinated by behavioural patterns in the workplace – how people think, act, communicate and lead - she decided to become a coach and personal trainer to help people be mentally focussed, physically energised and emotionally connected to operate at their natural best in demanding environments.

A strong-believer of the power of coaching in this disrupted world, she co-founded GoMasterCoach in 2019, the fastest growing Go-to Platform in the Coaching industry.

Sam has been coaching professionally for more than 8 years, coached over 200 clients and has completed over 700 hours of coaching.
