Coaching is the process of making people think. According to ICF, 80% of coaches fail to establish a business within 2 years of doing their training. Almost all of us would like to know how to grow and expand our businesses.

In this session, we are going to quickly bring you up to speed with the history, where coaching has come from and where it is now. We will share a few stories of starting up a coaching business - the challenges, what works, what doesn't.

Then, you are going to work in groups to identify what the future looks like in terms of the opportunities and the challenges you face. The session will conclude with everyone of you walking away with an actionable idea of how to expand your business.

Key Takeaways:
• Understanding the history of coaching
• Learning from start up stories
• Identifying future opportunities and challenges
• Taking away actionable ideas of business expansion
