Team coaching is expanding its reach and practitioners are being faced with an enhanced number of challenges.
Supervision provides a great space for them to address them and identify growth for their practice.
But how aware are both team coaches of the benefits of supervision and at the same time, supervisors of the specific needs of team coaches?
This workshop is a unique opportunity to explore that as it brings both communities of practice together.
Team coaches and supervisors will be invited to explore in an interactive manner:
- what resides at the intersection of the 2 professions
- the usual topics and the benefits arising from supervision
- and to create a space of building bridges.
Group exercises and breakout room conversations will support the exploration.
