Missed the 1st session in Feb? We had over 30 attendees brainstorming on the tools & techniques needed to facilitate a successful team coaching practice.

This time let's dive into strengthening awareness.

Feedback such as "My team is doing alright and there's nothing to improve." My team has

nothing to feedback and everyone seems okay"; or "My team is doing well, I'm not sure

what else is necessary for them to be better" is commonplace. Oftentimes, leaders and

teams are unaware of what they don't know.

As a team coach, how can you evoke new awareness in them, and then assist them in

creating plans to facilitate their learning and growth? This is the primary focus of the next

Team Coaching CP. Moreover, in this session, we will address any of your questions

regarding team coaching or the ICF's Advanced Certificate In Team Coaching (ACTC).

So come and learn from each other at the coming Team Coaching Community of Practice. In this session, Tan Swee Heng (MCC-ACTC), Team Coaching CP Chair and his team will facilitate the session with the aim to develop some concrete ideas that can be applied immediately in your next team coaching session.
