The whole world is talking about trauma. With so many going through trauma right now and realizing how past trauma is showing up in their mental health, physical health, and relationships, it has become essential for coaches to adopt a trauma-informed approach. In this session, you'll learn what trauma is, how it decontextualizes and presents in your clients. You'll being to learn the language of trauma, how to decode it, and empower your clients toward the healing they seek. This session will provide an introduction to somatics, covering both science and psychology and also highlight the importance of a relational approach to coaching. You'll get to witness a somatic inquiry demo as well as engage in an experiential process of tuning into your own somatic threat and safety responses.

These insights will help you take clients out of their internal loop, threat cycles, and dysfunction and towards greater experiences of safety, empowerment, and transformation.

Her insights into the human condition and our profound need for healing, self-compassion, empathy, and human connection, inspire audiences to awaken their hearts, illuminate their patterns and step forward towards self-care and relational repair. She is a proud recipient of the Women Icons Asia Award (emerging entrepreneur) for social impact in the domain of trauma-informed culture transformation & self-mastery education. Natalia’s highly anticipated book ‘Why Am I Like This?’ launched last year with Penguin Random House.

    Natalia brings an amalgamation of knowledge from years working as a therapist and clinic director with a focus on trauma & abuse recovery, as well as her own personal journey recovering from mental health misdiagnosis and physical health conditions that stemmed from childhood trauma. She currently has a focus on social impact and culture transformation via keynote speaking, consulting, and teaching her flagship leadership program ‘Human Intelligence' around the world. Her goal is to bring trauma work to the mainstream and bridge the gap between mental health, diversity equity, inclusion, and human sustainability.
