Demand for coaching services globally continues to grow apace according to ICF's 2022 Consumer Awareness Study. In line with this trend, corporate clients in particular require measures of coaching impact to align with their organizational KPIs and to justify budget spend. This 90-minute webinar will examine three main aspects of the topic:

1. Current research that demonstrates the value of coaching, particularly during times of transition

2. The role of the professional coach in partnering with clients to create agreements that include Return on Experience and Return on Investment

3. Relevant case studies that show how coaches and organizations have developed various direct and proxy measures for RoE and RoI that are both qualitative and quantitative.

The presenters will share their own experiences of working with clients to create coaching cultures and how they have approached the challenge of RoE and RoI in designing agreements.

Key Takeaways:

  • Understand how the coach can deploy core competencies to create coaching impact and measures for clients
  • Appreciate the current research that highlights the impact and power of coaching globally
  • Learn from two current organizational case studies to appreciate different approaches to creating holistic measures.
