Welcome to Day 5, the FINALE of International Coaching Week 2024.

We are excited to bring you three in-person events at the Raffles Town Club. Doors will be open from 8:30am for Pre-Event Networking, providing an opportunity for you to reconnect with attending ICF members before the event officially begins at 9:00am.

    Deputy CEO of NTUC's e2i

    Mr Brian Tan has close to two decades of experience in the industry. He spent a decade at the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) where he formulated policies to calibrate the inflow of the foreign workforce and later, the well-being of both Foreign Domestic Workers and Foreign Workers. His expertise extended globally as he took on roles as the Area Director for South Asia and the Middle East and Assistant Director for the India Desk at Contact Singapore which was a strategic alliance between MOM and the Economic Development Board, facilitating investors and professional talent with niche skills to work and live in Singapore.



    Before joining NTUC’s e2i, Brian was the Deputy Chief Operating Officer at Advancer Global Limited, where he oversaw daily operations, managed the Group’s human resource and corporate affairs, devised strategies to enhance productivity and played a key role in the company's expansion both locally and overseas.



    Thereafter, Brian joined NTUC’s e2i as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Job Seeker Group, to help steer the group towards its mission of empowering individuals through career coaching, job matching, and skills upgrading; and collaborating with communities and stakeholders, and positively impact workers’ career journeys.

  • Henry Yeo (Head, Postgraduate Career Services at Singapore Management University)

    Henry Yeo

    Head, Postgraduate Career Services at Singapore Management University

    Henry has been with Singapore Management University for 10 years and currently heads the Postgraduate Career Services team. The team provides career support for all postgraduate students (including part-time students, PhD students and alumni) and engages local and overseas employers for career related opportunities and partnership.

    Prior to that, Henry spent more than 25 years in the finance sector in various roles. He started his career in 1987 as a derivatives broker with a Swiss broking house before moving on to join Citibank as a market risk manager. Over the next two decades, he went on to perform various roles including as internal auditor with Standard Chartered Bank, Business Controller in OCBC Group Treasury and Group Head of Operational Risk for UOB Bank.

    Henry holds a Bachelor and a Master of Art (Economics) from University of Waterloo, Canada and is a certified career and performance leadership coach. He still plays soccer every week (albeit at a slower pace) and spends two evenings a week coaching a youth soccer team.

    Minji Oh is a Regional Manager for the International Coaching Federation (ICF), based in Seoul, South Korea. In her capacity at ICF, she collaborates with chapters and coaching communities across the Asia Pacific region to foster their healthy establishment and sustainable development. In addition, she develops relationships and identifies partnership opportunities with different stakeholders in the market to raise awareness of ICF and membership growth.
    With a background in English Language and Literature, Minji possesses fluency in both English and Korean. Prior to her role at ICF, she served as a translator and interpreter and gained valuable experience in import trade.
