Magda is the CEO of the International Coaching Federation. She acts as a strategic partner of ICF’s leadership, including the Board and a variety of committees and task forces. Specializing in strategic planning, cultural competence, ethics, international affairs, and board governance, also oversees organizational budgets and manages the professional staff of the ICF. Magda is also a trained coach – she received her training from the College for Executive Coaching and also holds a certificate in the Fundamentals of Systemic Coaching.

Magdalena brings over a decade of experience in fundraising, consulting, and association management. Before joining International Coach Federation in October 2005, Magda held the position of Assistant Director of National Policy and Director of Development and the Council of State Governments, a national association of state officials in all three branches of government.

With a Ph.D. in Organizational Development and Change, Dr. Sabreena Andriesz area of expertise is leadership in multi-national corporations in overseas subsidiaries; her multi-culturally focused research offers multiple perspectives and solutions in her partnership with individuals and organizations. With double Masters degrees in Human Development and Social Science (Counselling), she is also an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), WABC Certified Business CoachTM (CBCTM), Certified Solution Focused Coach (CSFC), a Facilitator, Faculty, Tutor and Supervisor for the Coaching Supervision Academy (CSA), an ICF Mentor Coach and Psychotherapist. She has over 20 years of experience in leadership and executive development.

Sabreena has a deep belief that real change happens only when a person is ready to challenge their internally held scripts. She is trained in multi-disciplinary approaches that integrate eastern and western philosophies, mindfulness, neuropsychology, advanced systems thinking, somatic intelligence and horizontal and vertical development psychometric instruments.

Dr. Andriesz has developed and coached executives from a spectrum of organizations including government agencies, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, financial institutions, oil and gas, information technology, SME’s and niche business owners. She is based in Singapore and travels regionally to Japan, China, Hong Kong, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Thailand to deliver leadership solutions, high potential programs and facilitate C-suite and senior executive development.
