Dr Richard Osibanjo

Dr. Richard Osibanjo is a leading expert, author, executive coach, program facilitator, and keynote speaker in transformational leadership and senior team performance. His work centers on helping senior leaders energize their organizations with bold, transformational strategies that unlock human potential and new market growth. He currently serves as the Director of Transformation and Chief of Staff at Intel. In addition, he is an executive coach and trusted advisor to Fortune 500 executives.

Dr. Osibanjo was born and raised in Nigeria. started his career in analytical chemistry and became fascinated with the chemistry of people, leadership, and organizations. His journey led him halfway around the world to become a world-class thought leader in transformational and purpose-driven leadership. Dr. Osibanjo has a powerful message for leaders to lead with purpose, informed by his extraordinary career journey and over 20 years of experience working with leaders and managers of small, medium, and large-scale organizations. He received a B.Sc. in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Ibadan in Nigeria, an M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry and Environmental Science from Loughborough University in the United Kingdom, and a Ph.D. in Chemistry at the University of California, Davis. Richard is a Forbes Columnist on Leadership Strategy, a Marshall Goldsmith Top 100 coach, and a John Maxwell certified Leadership Coach, Trainer, and Speaker.

Richard is the co-founder, and Executive Director of Connect-Learn-Grow (CLG), an educational foundation that engages, empowers, and equips emerging leaders and local professionals to discover their potential and accelerate their leadership journey. He works with minority youth to pursue STEM careers through an innovative, project-based outreach program. Richard is active in equipping emerging leaders in Nigeria to address systemic societal problems to spur socio-economic development.
