Celebrating the New ICF Coaching Supervision Competencies

What do they mean for coaching supervisors and coaches?

Join us to celebrate the newly published ICF coaching supervision and mentor coaching competencies as we explore what these competencies mean for you, your coaching practice, and the broader coaching community.

We're honoured to have John Raymond, a key member of the team that developed the new competencies, as our speaker. He will dive into:

  • The process behind the creation of the competencies
  • Key distinctions between coaching supervision and mentor coaching
  • Observations on how different geographies relate to coaching supervision and mentor coaching
  • Practical insights on how these competencies can elevate your skills as a coaching supervisor or coach

The highlight of the evening will be a live coaching supervision demonstration led by John, showcasing the new competencies in action. Both the coaching supervisor and the coach will share their reflections on the experience before we open up the floor for an interactive Q&A session.

Come and discover how these competencies can shape your approach to coaching, enhance your professional development, and bring new dimensions to your practice!
