In today’s fast-changing world, families are navigating unprecedented and complex challenges that extend far beyond traditional parenting concerns. Parents are expected to balance demanding careers, support their children’s emotional and academic development, and maintain strong family relationships—all while managing the pressures of a rapidly evolving digital landscape, social expectations, and personal well-being. The stress of modern parenting can lead to reactive decision-making, communication breakdowns, and self-doubt, making it increasingly difficult for parents to show up with clarity, confidence, and connection.

As coaches, we have a unique opportunity to support parents in cultivating greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and intentional communication—critical skills that not only strengthen family relationships but also foster resilience, trust, and connection within the home.

This session will explore how coaching can be a transformational tool for parents, helping them navigate uncertainty, stress, and shifting family dynamics with confidence.

This session is approved for 0.75 CCE units in Core Competencies and 0.25 units in Resource Development.

How do you coach a team to provide meaningful and timely support to members who ask for help? How do you guide a team toward a high-performance culture of openness, trust, and collaboration?

Too often, team members hesitate to ask for help or, when they do, they don’t receive the support they truly need. This fosters isolation, a silo mentality, and negativity within the team.

In this highly experiential and interactive session, you will experience the Peer Learning Circle (PLC)—a powerful team coaching tool that, in just six simple steps, helps uncover new insights, solutions, and resources for the challenge owner. With regular practice, PLC transforms the way teams perceive help—building a culture of support, trust, empathy, and shared learning.

Join us to expand your team coaching toolkit and experience firsthand a powerful Shared Leadership team coaching method!
