Dr. Jane Tuomola, PCC, is an external coach, coaching supervisor, clinical psychologist, trainer, and author. She runs her own company in Singapore, which has been her home for more than 12 years. Passionate about supporting and developing healthcare professionals through supervision over the last 18 years, she brings her deep expertise in supervision to the coaching world. She holds an EMCC Global Supervisor Individual Accreditation (ESIA) and now teaches on an EMCC Accredited Coaching Supervision course. She has a special interest in facilitating growth though group supervision and mentoring other supervisors.

Jane co-edited Solution Focused Coaching Supervision (2024), contributing chapters on case supervision, group supervision, peer supervision, deliberate practice in coaching supervision, and common supervision topics. Actively involved in the ICF Singapore Coaching Supervision CP since 2021, she has served as CP lead since 2022. Committed to supporting coaches at all stages of their supervision journey—whether experienced, new, or aspiring supervisors—she is dedicated to raising awareness of the value of supervision within the coaching profession.

Debbie Hogan is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Certified Team Coach (ACTC) with the ICF and Master Practitioner (MP) and Accredited Coach Supervisor (ESIA) with the EMCC. With over 30 years of experience as a Psychotherapist, Executive Coach, Team Coach and Coach Supervisor, she has dedicated her career to developing and empowering professionals globally. As the Founder of the Academy of Solution Focused Training (2004), Debbie has trained and mentored coaches at ACC, PCC, and MCC levels through her ICF Accredited programs. She also co-created an EMCC Accredited Coaching Supervision Course and has contributed to six books on therapy, coaching, and supervision.

Debbie’s passion lies in helping individuals and teams recognize and enhance their potential by leveraging their existing capabilities to achieve the success and fulfilment they desire. By shifting the perspective from analyzing the problematic past to exploring the resourceful past experiences, the past is utilized as a valuable resource. Clients find a more hopeful way forward to navigate past and present challenges. Through this process, clients gain renewed confidence, clarity, and motivation, allowing them to navigate both present and future challenges with a realistic and hopeful perspective.

John Raymond founded 1point5 Solutions to help leaders adopt more sustainable ways of working. With almost 30 years of coaching experience, he often hears one common concern from his coachees: “The way I’m working isn’t sustainable.” For John, this means not only maintaining performance and wellbeing but also working in a way that respects the planet's resources.

As well as a focus on sustainability, John is also on researching adapting coaching to the Asian context to improve its impact. While coaching, essentially a Western practice, is effective in Asia, he believes it needs to be adjusted to better connect with local cultures. He is exploring this further through his doctoral research at Oxford Brookes University.

John holds a Master of Coaching Psychology, contributes as an ICF volunteer (recently supporting the ICF Mentor Coaching Competencies), and works as a Coach Supervisor and Mentor Coach. He also leads regular sessions to help experienced coaches advance their practice.

Andrew is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), who received his coach training with The Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). He holds the Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation through the International Coach Federation (ICF), and is a founder, past (and once again current) President of the IC Luxembourg Chapter. Andrew is founding partner of several international firms specialising in organisational

development and change management,

with a strong focus

on leadership impact, emotional intelligence, and effective communication.

Andrew's expertise in leadership coaching has been strengthened by his own focus on professional development. In 2007, his commitment to his profession saw him leave the corporate world and undertake in-depth study and research in the fields of social science, psychology and management theory at the Australian College of Applied Psychology in Brisbane. He further strengthened his skills within the coaching arena by pursuing professional accreditation at the highest industry standards, and is also a certified Process Communication Coach, using the tools of transactional analysis to help develop client awareness regarding impact and behaviour.

Chuck is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICC) and Co-Active Training Institute (CPCC). He has worked with a wide range of business leaders to improve both performance and satisfaction, with a special focus on communication and relationship skills that empower leadership and create a prosperous work environment.

Chuck maintains a passion for science and research and enjoys blending his coaching and training work with some of the cool discoveries from the fields of cognitive science and positive psychology. He has coached and trained leaders in fields ranging from non-profit to aerospace, medicine, technology, chemistry and civil service.

In addition to serving as a Senior Corporate Faculty member of the Co-Active Training Institute, Chuck is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of The Mindful Business Alliance, a Past President of the Los Angeles Chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICFLA), and he served for more than 15 years as an Executive Coach for the Executive MBA Program at Loyola Marymount University.

Chuck is based in Los Angeles, California. For the last decade, he has worked extensively in Asia providing coaching and leadership solutions to multi-national organizations throughout the region. Chuck created and rolled out a sales and customer service excellence program in 10 different countries across four continents.
