The speaker for this Internal Coaching community of practice session is Eric Toh, who is on ICF's Global D&I Committee for Cultural Celebration (2022-2024).

Eric will focus on the following areas:

1) The ICF Global's perspective of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice (DEIJ)

2) Four key areas of DEIJ in organisations

3) The implications of DEIJ for internal coaches

About the Speaker:

Eric is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) based in Malaysia, working across the Asia Pacific region and internationally. He is on ICF's Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Celebration Committee (2022 – 2024). Eric has an MBA from the USA and a BSc (Honours) from Australia and spent much of his career with KPMG Consulting in Melbourne, Australia and London, UK.

Eric has lived and worked in four continents: Asia, Australia, Europe and the Americas. He is passionate about Coaching, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Emotional Intelligence and excited about the Future of Work.

Eric was born in Malaysia to a Singaporean mother and a Malaysian father. His mother was a teacher for over 35 years and loved her job. He feels he got his passion for learning and development from her. Eric went to Australia as a teenager for further studies. Having spent time living and working in Australia, Hong Kong and London, Eric has returned to Malaysia to spend time with his family and to share his international work experience with other professionals in the Asia Pacific region.
