Welcome! In this session we warmly welcome you all to embark on ‘Exchange Coaching’ with ICF Singapore.

How it works:
1) Coach pairings will be based on the following criteria:
Pairing will be made randomly according to ICF coaching credential levels. (eg: ACC with ACC)
2) If there are insufficient similar credential level pairings, pairing will be randomly assigned across credential levels.
3) You can request for cross credential levels but it will not be guaranteed due to the mix of participating coaches.
4) You need to commit to 6 sessions which will have to be completed within 6 months.
5) All arrangements and coordination will be self managed between the paired coaches.
6) All sessions will be considered paid sessions with the exchange of coaching services between coaches.
7) Paired coaches will be informed via email by the ICF committee to connect both coaches. Each pair will then follow up independently.
