One of the most effective tools we have as coaches is our Presence. In this session, Doramontie Nelleman, an ICF Master Certified Coach, will discuss the importance of presence in our coaching practice and how to master it.

This is an interactive session, and we encourage our coaches to bring their full curiosity to make this a rich learning experience for everybody.

    Doramontie Nelleman is an international executive coach, team coach, and mentor based in Singapore. She is an ICF MCC and she holds International Team Coach Accreditation (ITCA) from EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council). She’s also been awarded executive and team Coach by Marshall Goldsmith.

    Dora partners with teams, leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, and individuals and helps them explore, discover and be on top of their game.     Besides coaching, Dora is also a certified trauma-informed yoga teacher, a mindfulness practitioner, a marathoner, and a mountain climber (she climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in 2012).
