One of the most effective tools we have as coaches is our Presence. In this session, Doramontie Nelleman, an ICF Master Certified Coach, will discuss the importance of presence in our coaching practice and how to master it.

    Doramontie Nelleman is an international executive coach, team coach, and mentor based in Singapore. She is an ICF MCC and she holds International Team Coach Accreditation (ITCA) from EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council). She’s also been awarded executive and team Coach by Marshall Goldsmith.

    Dora partners with teams, leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, and individuals and helps them explore, discover and be on top of their game. Her clients are from across the world, including Fortune 500 companies, government agencies and organizations, and non-governmental agencies. As a transformative coach, Dora is a true advocate of ‘mastering presence’ not just as a coaching skill, but as a leadership and life skill. She has delivered talks and workshops on the topic to leaders in the corporate sector, government organizations, and the coaching community.


    A certified facilitator of WBECS (World Business Executive Coaching Services) and a firm believer in continuous learning and development, Dora facilitates coaching education programs and mentors coaches working towards their accreditations and leaders aspiring to be coach-like leaders.

    Besides coaching, Dora is also a certified trauma-informed yoga teacher, a mindfulness practitioner, a marathoner, and a mountain climber (she climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in 2012).
