Event Details

Have you ever sat through a coaching session and different pieces of advice keep popping into your head?

Learn how to turn those pieces of advice into masterful questions that provoke a new awareness and fresh thinking in your coachees!

Level up your coaching skills with this Community of Practice session.

Faced with real life situations, learn how your fellow coaches perceive a situation and how different perspectives on a case can generate fresh thinking, not only for the coachee, but also for you as a coach!

To maximize your learning, prepare a case for this session.

Even if you do not volunteer it as the case for discussion, your learning will be enhanced as your subconscious thinks through the situation at hand, and how the process could apply to your own case.

Session duration is 90 minutes:

10 minutes for opening and closing the session

60 minutes of the 9-step process (process document attached)

20 minutes sharing of learning/discussion

This Community of Practice Event is approved for 1.5 CCE Units.

Please log on by 6.55 pm. Arriving beyond 7.10 pm will compromise yours' and the group's learning experience so please plan to arrive early.
