Level up your coaching skills with this CP session!
The Coaching Skills Enhancement Community of Practice (CSE CP) sessions are based on a process taught to our community by Tony Latimer, MCC, BCC, one of our past presidents and a founding member of ICF Singapore chapter.
It is NOT aimed at teaching you coaching techniques.
It is NOT a discussion group.
It IS a carefully designed process that rapidly deepens your skills in specific areas including:
ยท Triggering thinking
ยท Asking powerful thought provoking questions
ยท Shifting perspectives
ยท Deepening empathy
ยท Letting go of advice giving
How it works:
- You are asked to prepare a situation that you wish to get some help with. This can be from your life, business, coaching practice, or anything.
- Your facilitator selects one of you to be the person in focus, then takes the group through the process of helping you get fresh thinking and insights about your situation.
- Even if you are not selected, your subconscious will work the process on your case, while you are participating in helping someone else.
- An amazing double dose of learning and breakthrough.
Designed by a coach with over 30 years of experience in C-suite executive coaching, an ICF assessor; and Level 3 coach educator, you will find this session one of the highest impact self-development activities you can find.
NOTE:
Please log on by 6.55 pm. We will not be admitting any participant after 7.10pm upon the start of the breakout group session. This is to enable an effective group learning experience. We seek your understanding to be punctual for the session. Thank you.
