Team Coaching Community of Practice (CP)

To launch the Team Coaching CP for the new year, we will discuss how a team coach can help a team to create an inspiring vision. Creating a shared vision is important and this is recognized by many managers. As a team coach, what can you do to enable a team to develop its own vision for the year and the future?

Come and learn from each other at the coming Team Coaching Community of Practice on 20 February. In this session, Tan Swee Heng (MCC-ACTC), Team Coaching CP Chair, will facilitate the session with the aim to develop some concrete ideas that can be applied immediately in your next team coaching session.
