How do you coach a sales team? This will be the team coaching topic in this session. We will learn how to coach a sales team to identify and resolve their challenges in generating new leads, initiating contacts, and doing the sales pitch using tools such as Team Strengths Assessment and Personal SWOT analysis. While the focus is on the sales team, the learning can also be applied to other teams.

The presenter is Ms. Gloria Soo who has done a lot of work in coaching teams and one of her expertise is in sales team coaching.

With the growing interest in the science and art of team coaching, the Team Coaching CP is a great platform to learn, share, and network. Topics center on approaches, competencies, and the practice of team coaching. The Team Coaching CP is held every second Monday of each month from 8 to 9.30 pm.
